What's the refund policy?

We can accept refund requests until one month prior to the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We recommend that you bring with you a printed copy of your ticket to the registration desk (it can also be a digital copy on your mobile device). You may be asked to show proof of ID when registering.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can update your registration information after completing your ticket purchase. However, if you want to update your alumni details on a permanent basis, you need to do so by visiting MyINSEAD.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

You can transfer your ticket to a fellow alum by notifying us at alumni.forum.europe@insead.edu. Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange for any eventual fee transfer.
